All Luvcozy products are made to order, which allows us to reduce waste and offer thoughtfully designed items made just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] and include:

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once production is complete, your order will ship and you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Estimated delivery timelines will be shown at checkout.
Please note that shipping times do not include processing time, and occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues outside of our control.
